New Guests
Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out a new guest form and to ensure a thorough consultation.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment, out of consideration for our other guests and team members, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Please view our No Show Policy below for more information.
Children
While we love kids at O Salon, this is your time to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon visit unless they are scheduled for a service.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any salon service price. Tip envelopes are available for cash tips. We also have Tippy for those that would like to leave tips electronically.
Military Personnel
Thank you for your service! Enjoy 15% off products and services at O Salon! Just show a valid Military ID!
Other Considerations
