I have been in the salon and beauty business for 31+ years and opened O Salon in March of 2006. I started as a nail technician and absolutely loved the business-end of it. But really, what drives most of us in this business is meeting and getting to know our guests. Hearing their stories and being a friend to all, lending an ear when needed, and making them feel beautiful. This has made me fall in love with this business even more. The most rewarding feeling is helping and watching my employees reach their personal and career goals. It is my ultimate goal to help them with whatever it takes to make them succeed. This has lead us to team up with REDKEN and become an ELITE REDKEN SALON.
